I had an extremely rough night sleeping on my first night of my stay due to noise disturbances, and in the morning requested a new room on a higher floor. Front desk staff wasn't yet on site for the day and I had to work all day. I later …

Hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was great, but the room we were in (room 311) had cooling issues that were never properly addressed, and the room was very humid, to the point of dripping condensation on the window. It's an alright hotel, but for over $200 a night(at the time we stayed here) after fees, I don't think I'll ever stay here again. I regret not trying one of the 2 other(cheaper) options right next door after the AC wasn't addressed. It would have been a pain to move hotels with a family, but in hindsight would have been better than completing our stay in an uncomfortably warm room in the middle of November.

This is a standard business traveling hotel. The hotel is nice and everything is clean. The staff were really friendly. A word of note, it is right next to I 35, if you are a light sleeper, there is some traffic noise.

This hotel has a worn out feel. One of the two elevators, kind of, worked. A little scary to get in and press the control buttons. The shower was kind of ok. Our stay was ok but for the price I don't feel good about it.

Very nice stay, staff was very friendly and efficient. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good, plenty of food and area was kept clean, all was good to start the day. Fully recommend staying here at this Holiday Inn by University Dr and I 35, there are 2 hotels close on I 35 here in Denton.

the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and spacious. good location, no issues. would recommend it to other travelers. Didn't have time to eat so cant comment on food.

Best experience so far was an amazing trip! Next time we stay please have a Suite with a Shower in it not a bathtub in a Handicap room this was by far my best trip at this location! I will always stay here from now on!
